A2Z, I called last night with a water
heater problem, and although you couldn't come out and check it out or
even get my business, you told me straight up what I needed to do. That
says a lot for you as a person, and with those actions you have won
over my referrals, my business in the future and my respect. With a
quick trip to home Depot I had everything fixed within a half hour.
Thank you again for your help. By the way I am creating a web site for
Asheville and think getting the "Green Word" out there is extremely
important. We want to include and environmental section, green building
section, etc. If you are interested in creating some of the content or
know people that would, please send them my way. My site is called
AshevilleNow and you can find it at http://www.ashevillenow.com.
I
recently had a problem with older copper pipes suddenly developing 'pin
hole' leaks. I called A2Z Plumbing for help and left a message. Georg,
the owner/operator of A2Z PLUMBING immediately called me back and,
because I was so worried about the basement flooding, came out that
afternoon to fix the leak problem and I've not had a leak since. He was
quick to understand the problem, explained to me clearly what he needed
to do and then fixed it all in a friendly, professional manner. I
wouldn't hesitate to contact A2Z again if (and when) another plumbing
problem arises or when I'm ready to remodel the bath and kitchen. -Anonymous

We need to have a water filter installed onto the main line coming into our house, and we have a mysterious occasional stink in our bathroom.
